You can translate the app easily on Crowdin. Just choose your language and translate the app!

I need the app statistics just to know how many people use the app each day.
That way I can dedicate more or less time between this project and other projects, depending on how useful the project is to the community.

The statistics are absolutely safe and anonymous. The app does not use any external libraries for collecting any data. A request is sent to my server, which triggers updates of counters. No personal data is ever sent, so there is nothing to store. Also see the answer for the previous question. The app is not developed by Mozilla, it's developed by Saverio Morelli.
I develop the app just to improve the Common Voice project, without any earnings. You can support my work buying me a coffee on LiberaPay, PayPal or Ko-fi.

The app statistics are published on my website where there is also graph and other details, or you can see them in the app, in the Dashboard section.
You can disable statistics in Settings 🠊 Advanced. Unless absolutely necessary, please leave them turned on, I don't collect your personal data! Please see answer to question Does app statistics respect my privacy?.

F-Droid is a store managed by volunteers, so the updates can take a few days or weeks to arrive.
If you prefer, you can enable the Check for updates, so that you can be notified when there is a new version of the app, and you can download it from GitHub.
You can enable this feature in Settings 🠊 Other.

The app is published (and updated) officially on Google Play, F-Droid, Huawei AppGallery, Amazon AppStore and GitHub.
The developer advises to use the Google Play, F-Droid or GitHub editions.

The main goal of the app is to improve the user experience (UX) on mobile devices, leading to higher efficiency/more/better quality contributions to the Common Voice Project.
It's a native app for Android, and it has many features that the website can not provide, such as Dark mode, Offline mode, etc.

Since release 2.4, CV Project includes notifications.
You can disable Generic notifications or Daily goal notifications in Settings 🠊 Other.

The Offline mode, if enabled, permits you to contribute to Common Voice without constantly being connected to WiFi or mobile data.
You can disable or change the Offline mode behaviour in Settings 🠊 Offline mode.

You can Customise gestures for both the Speak and Listen screens in Settings 🠊 Customise gestures.

The app and its dependencies are completely open-source. You can find the source code on GitHub. In fact the app is also published on F-Droid!

The app userid is not your username, it's a unique and random generated string created the first time you opened the app - whether you clear app data on your device, the app userid changes!
To find the app userid go to Settings 🠊 Advanced 🠊 Show the string which identifies me inside the app, and here you can show and copy it.
